Here’s a quick run down of the Menu items you will see once you have logged in with your unique user ID and password. If you don’t have these, please call us at 800-228-3152 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will also see a link if you go to “New Ecommerce” on the menu bar above.
A/R Status – You will be able to see payments due, look up an invoice.
Invoice Inquiry – This has all the invoices over the past year.
Check/Payment Inquiry – Here you will see each check that was sent to us and which invoice it was credited to.
Favorites – It is set up so that if you have ordered from Western in the past, you will be able to look at everything you have ordered within the past year. This is a great place to start.
Category Search – Here you will be able to search through many options by product category (ex. Soft Goods and Supports, Cast Room Products, etc.)
Product Search – This will actually direct you to the Search box at the top of the page where you can type in an item # or a term.
Order Status – This will show you the current status of each order you have placed which would include back order information, date of shipment, order total, etc.
Order Entry – This is also known as the Order Detail or your “Cart” and will show the items you have selected for purchase.
Shipped Orders – This will show you the recently shipped orders by Invoice # or by Order #.
